Once a Webstore closes all items are ordered and then sent into production. This process takes up to 4 WEEKS for completion.

Please order carefully! There are Sizing Charts with every item.
These are custom made to order items. There will be no returns, exchanges or refunds for ordering items incorrectly.
We reserve the right to substitute items if an item is unavailable.
The 4 WEEKS for production does not start until the store is closed. Extensions may be requested by the point of contact / school / business representative for this store.
Delays could occur for holidays and inclement weather.
